Do I have to be mother yet?
No, you may be expecting or trying to conceive your baby & feel you want to talk through things so you feel as prepared as possible. I would advise beginning with the Nurture HER course & see how you feel within that container.
Do I have to be a mother in business?
NO. First & foremost I want to be clear, the role of mother requires no further title. The work you do inside your home & for your family is enough, YOU are enough. HOWEVER if you are a mother that knows you are called for something else, perhaps you are called or feel a sense of passion & purpose outside of motherhood but don’t know how you can successfully navigate both, I can coach, guide & mentor you through those competing devotions.
Is this for mums at any stage of their motherhood journey?
YES, I work with all mothers on their motherhood journey. The transition is unique & personal, you may feel the shifts immediatly you may feel them months or years down the line. The key is that you know there is a better way to experience life, business & motherhood and you are ready to actively explore it.
I don't really understand what a motherhood coach is?
We all work differently, I mentor mothers through the lense of Matresence, a transformational transition that takes place when we evolve into motherhood. This language, knowledge, understanding & personal experience enables me to nurture & support your own growth & evolution through life & motherhood. I help you to find, acknowledge & action what you already know is true for you & work with you to take embodied, inspired & grounded action.
