This is NOT another anti natal program focused on the birth & baby. This is a program entirely about YOUR physical, mental & emotional wellbeing. It’s an invitation to slow down, pause & integrate self care rituals that will help your long term health & wellbeing. So much time & attention is given to the birth & baby, rarely do we look into a mothers eyes & ask. How are you? What do you need?

Why this course, why now? 

There has never been a more important time to come together, to recreate & rebuild ‘The Village’ 

An entire generation of women transitioned from maiden to mother through a pandemic, Alone, isolated, unable to have the pregnancy, birth or post partum support imagined & deserved.

Prior to this we have a pandemic of stressed out, burnt out mothers, with no acknowledgement, appreciation, understanding or support as to what it feels like to grow, birth & sustain life as a mother in a modern world.

It’s time to advocate for ourselves & raise the standard of mother care in our cultre.

I wanted to sink into my second pregnancy, connect with other women & create space for me. This course really allowed me to sit with my thoughts & challenged me to think about/consider parts of my pregnancy & post partum that I hadn’t been consciously thinking about or had been putting off.
