Suitable for all stages of pregnancy but advised from 12 weeks onwards.

Each meditation is specific to the monthly intention & also include a pre & post natal yoga nidra.

This is NOT another anti natal program focused on the birth & baby. This is a program entirely about YOUR physical, mental & emotional wellbeing. It’s an invitation to slow down, pause & integrate self care rituals that will help your long term health & wellbeing. So much time & attention is given to the birth & baby, rarely do we look into a mothers eyes & ask. How are you? What do you need?
